Let me first start off by saying I love this facility. I've loved it since my oldest attended Pre K in 2021. Now that I have 2 little ones again I had previously enrolled them in another daycare facility in Hackensack and they didnt adjust well there at all... the staff there was just so unwelcoming.... where as Brightseedling... my 1 and 2 year old are EAGER to go and my 2 yr old never wants to leave ?. They treat my children with such care and love that my children feel safe there which in turn makes me feel at ease knowing they are in good hands. My older children attend summer camp so for my oldest its like coming home again and was so happy to see her old teacher! They have done a fantastic job handling my older kids that have ADHD and Austism. The admin and staff are honestly is the most welcoming and accommodating individuals as well as all their wonderful teachers that go above and beyond. Everything is always clean, welcoming, and informative. They update you on your child's day which for someone like me who has had terrible experiences with previous daycares helps knowing that they are ok throughout the day via their app makes such a difference. And it all comes down to the kids, my younger ones did a 180 in attitude and happiness once they started in June here and are learning so much. The communication has been amazing from day one — they keep me informed throughout the day with updates and photos through their app, which gives me such peace of mind. She's learned so much this past year, from social skills to early education milestones. Most importantly, she genuinely loves being there and adores all the staff. It’s such a comfort knowing she’s in a safe, nurturing, and educational environment every day. They've also been incredibly accommodating with before and after care when we’ve needed it, which has been such a huge help for our family.
